Some notes:
1. Make sure to disable your popup blocker because the results come in a new window.
2. On the dropdown, ive only tested the last one, so you can use that, or another one.
3. If you have SEO quake , notice that the site is only PR1 but has a rank of 227,981!

DMR - Double Meta Refresh Generator
So, I got sick and tired of manually doing DMRs everytime and created a neat little program to do it for me in VB2008. Download it below from media fire:

insructions:
1. install the program
2. You only need to fill in 2 text boxes. 1 to say where you want the traffic redirected if the referrer is not blanked and the second will contain all your affiliate links.
3. Click on the Big "create files" button and you will get a "save folder" dialog box. Here, you can specify an already existing folder or you can create a new folder. Once you select the folder, the software will do the rest for you.

How to use the files:
Very easy. The software will make 3 files in your selected folder:
1. index.php (I named this index.php so you only have to send traffic to the folder name)
2. links.txt (contains all your affiliate links. You can change this any time you want. make sure you have no trailing "/" at the end of you affiliate URLs)
3. second.php (this checks to make sure that the referrer is blank. If not, it will send traffic to the site you specify above. if the referrer is blank, it will rotate traffic between all your affiliate links in links.txt)

Practical example:
You run the program and and tell the software to generate files so that if the refferer is not blank, you want the traffic redirected to www.mydomain.com/error.html . Of course you have to setup a error.html file manually somewhere. the best way for this is to just have a page saying "sorry, to view this site, you need to be using IE or firefox. please revisit the page in either of those browsers"
If you created a folder called "BHW" during the software run, just upload the folder "BHW" to your domain and then just send traffic to mydomain.com/bhw
the index.php in the bhw folder will take care of the rest.
This is tested on XP and vista. if you go to your folder in Opera, you will see how it will redirect to your designated site and not your affiliate links cos Opera leaks the referrer.
I am also including the source code in the file just in case you fuckers think i am trying to PPI your asses

After downloading. Download the manual aswell, it should explain a lot of things!
Also after youve got everything. In the same directory as the application, you need to create a txt file called accounts. So accounts.txt. This is where all your usernames are kept etc.
So if you have a massive list of usernames in a text file already. Just rename it accounts.txt and your ready to go
